Vehicle Protection System (VPS).
Yes you can still polish your car with any good quality wax polish.
Water will not always bead up, this is dependent on the weave of the material/cloth. If liquid should sink into the material, it will not leave a stain.
GardX products are applied by trained professionals at a GardX approved retailer. GardX is a once only application and comes with a lifetime of ownership guarantee.

Yes! Having GardX on your vehicle means that you do not have to wash your car as often, reducing the amount of water you use and the use of potentially harmful cleaning products.
Unfortunately GardX only covers painted surfaces.
Our products can be applied to all paint types and colours with the exception of Matt finished paint.
Bird Droppings contain acids that are harmful to the vehicle paintwork. GardX can provide a short period of protection against these types of acids.
In the event of getting bird droppings on your vehicle, they should be removed as soon as possible before any damage can occur. Our bird dropping remover can be purchased from the GardX online shop.
GardX is deisgned to maintain the high quality finish of both the external paint and interior cloth and / or leather trim of your vehicle.
The guarantee applies for the lifetime of ownership of the vehicle from the date of purchase.
The guarantee covers the following in summary:
Paint Sealant:GardX will pay for the re-application of the paint-sealant if your vehicle’s paintwork has lost its lustre, resulting from exposure to the sun and weather induced acid rain.
Fabric and / or leather interior:
GardX will pay for the cost of trying to clean any damaged area of the fabric or leather trim (seats and carpets only) and for reapplication of the treatment.

GardX must be professionally applied. Once professionally applied to your vehicle, it leaves an extremely durable and high-gloss finish which prevents pollutants from impacting the car’s paintwork.

Yes. Please inform your bodyshop/repairer before the work is carried out that you have GardX on your vehicle and ask them to contact GardX directly, and we will send them the product they need for the reapplication.
If you sell your car, the GardX guarantee can be transferred to the new owner by the guarantee holder, for a small administrative cost. Please click here for the GardX ‘contact us’ page to complete the transfer form.
GardX is a product manufacturer. Our approved retailers, are trained and certificated to sell and apply GardX.
After GardX has been applied you can wash your car as normal, that includes car wash, jet wash or hand wash. There are no restrictions on how to wash your vehicle. We recommend that you use the GardX aftercare products, found in your take home pack and also available to buy on the GardX online shop, to clean your car, however any high quality car shampoo can also be used. Please note, that the use of abrasive products such as any cutting agents, should be avoided as this will remove the GardX Protection.
Maintenance Products.
Our Maintenance plans are sold directly through our approved retailer network. When you purchase your vehicle please ask your dealer about GardX and they will able to tell you if they are approved to offer our products.
The GardX Air Conditioning cleaner range is a professional product that can be applied by a GardX approved retailer. Please contact your local service centre to see if they stock GardX Air Conditioning cleaners, and if not they can contact us to obtain the products.
